Getting Started with Cheetah Digital by Zeta Settings
From the Administration window, you can manage many of the assets needed to support the execution of the Mailing in Cheetah Digital by Zeta. The assets themselves are created within Cheetah Digital by Zeta. Once created, you can add these assets to your Distributed Marketing account, which makes them available for selection when configuring a Mailing.
Manage Folders
Folders are used to store and organize Mailings. For more information, see Browse System.
Manage Auto-Reply Handlers
Recipients of an email message may attempt to respond to that message. You can configure an Auto-Reply Handler to submit an automated reply message back to the recipient. For more information, see Auto-Reply Handlers.
Manage Forward Handlers
Recipients of an email message may attempt to respond to that message. You can configure a Forward Handler to automatically forward the recipient's reply, along with a standard message and subject, to a specified person or group. For more information, see Forwarding Handlers.
Manage Filters
Filters are used to segment your audience, and to select the intended recipients of a Mailing. For more information, see Filters.
Manage Personalization Fields
Personalization Fields are used to populate your message with customer-specific values pulled from a field in the sending table. For example, in a "Dear Customer" greeting, you could replace the word "Customer" with the recipient's actual first name.
Manage Categories
Categories are a grouping mechanism used to organize items to make it easier for marketers to find and select these items when building Mailings. The platform supports the use of Categories for: Images, Links, Snippets, SMS, and Templates.
